Who can benefit from my approach?
You feel that something isn’t quite right. You’re not truly ill, but you don’t feel healthy either. Your energy levels are lower, you’re experiencing more stress, or you’re dealing with symptoms that just don’t seem to go away.
Perhaps you recognize symptoms such as bloating, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, headaches, or mood swings. Maybe you’ve already seen several healthcare professionals and been told that it’s “just part of it” or that you simply have to learn to live with it. Yet you feel that there’s more going on.
I support women who want to take greater ownership of their health. Together, we look beyond the symptoms to understand what your body needs to restore balance and help you feel well again.
Some of the concerns I support women with include:
- Digestive issues (IBS, IBD, bloating, constipation. diarrhea)
- Hormonal symptoms and menstrual cycle issues
- Energy problems
- Burn-out and stress
- Headache and migraines
- Skin conditions such as acne and eczema
- Autoimmune diseases
- Concentration problems and mood issues
- Fertility and perimenopause/menopause

About me
From an early age, I have been fascinated by the human body and health. This interest led me to study Medicine. During my medical training, however, I realised that I had a different perspective on health and illness.
While conventional healthcare often focuses on treating symptoms, I am particularly interested in understanding the underlying causes of health concerns. That is why, alongside my medical training, I have further specialised in Integrative Medicine, orthomolecular medicine, gut health, hormones, and autoimmune conditions.
In my approach, I combine conventional medical knowledge with a holistic perspective. We look at the bigger picture — including nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, hormones, the nervous system, thoughts, and behavioural patterns. By understanding how these factors interact, we can work together towards lasting health and wellbeing.
My Approach
In my approach, I look at the whole picture: your body, lifestyle, thoughts, and emotions. Together, we explore which factors may be contributing to your symptoms and what your body needs to restore balance and support lasting wellbeing.
We look at factors such as nutrition, hormones, gut health, stress, sleep, movement, and the nervous system. Where appropriate, I may also recommend additional laboratory testing to gain deeper insight into what may be contributing to your symptoms.
You’ll receive a personalised plan tailored to your individual situation and goals. Personal guidance is an important part of my approach. That’s why I intentionally work with a limited number of clients, allowing me to provide the time, attention, and depth needed to build a strong therapeutic relationship.
Together, we explore the underlying causes of your symptoms and work step by step towards lasting health and wellbeing.
FAQs
The intake is important to properly assess your health situation. The intake is always preceded by an extensive introductory meeting (30 minutes). If there is a mutual click, we start the process. During the intake, we go deeper into your personal situation and the complaints you experience. We work holistically by mapping the 3 pillars (physical, mental, emotional).
Although I treat both men and women, my focus is on treating women. The reason for this is that I have specialized in women's health. The female body functions differently from the male body due to our cycle. It is more sensitive to stress, making a holistic approach even more important.

Treatments are not covered by health insurance. However, because I am affiliated with the MBOG (Medical Professional Association for Orthomolecular Medicine), a small portion of the costs can be claimed from the insurer in the case of supplementary insurance. The deductible will be not addressed.
Certainly, I have already conducted many treatments entirely online. If possible, we will meet in person for the first session, and then, as a rule, we will continue online. Adjustments can be made by mutual agreement. live appointments may be possible more frequently.
